How Do I Use The Chat Feature?

• To chat with another parent or provider using the chat feature on your account, click on the Messenger icon. 
• In the search bar, type in the name of the parent or provider you wish to chat with.
• Click the Checkmark sign and begin typing your message.
• If a provider that is not part of your care team wishes to message you, you will see a notification of a new message request in your Messenger Inbox. 
• You will need to click accept to view and respond to their message.
