- Clients (or parents) are able to request an appointment with a staff member the same way they would request an appointment with a Sole Provider. (Please refer to How will clients request appointments with me?)
- The client will be able to see which provider is available with each service.
- The client will select the service and complete the Request an Appointment form and the Admin Provider of the clinic will receive an email notification.
- Once the Admin Provider has received the appointment request, they will need to coordinate with their team of providers and schedule to set up an appointment for the client.
The Admin Provider can respond directly to the notification email to connect with the client and the email will be sent to the client’s email address.
