How Do I Downgrade My Account?

1.Login to Community Plus from

2.Go to Practice Management

3. Within the Business Manager panel, open Manage Subscriptions.

4. Select Downgrade and confirm the change.

5. Once you have downgraded, you will still have access to Community, your free account. You may upgrade at anytime and your data will be restored. To avoid any additional charges, please downgrade before your next billing cycle, which occurs on the first of every month.
