How Do I Connect With Parents?

- You are also able to connect and message parents directly from your Treehouse Community profile
- Click on the Messenger Icon and, if you know the name of the parent you wish to chat with, type out their name in the search bar
- Click the Checkmark button to select the parent and you can begin a chat
- Alternatively, you can also message your clients from the Clinic Member Management section of your account
- Click on Practice Management and under the Business Manager menu panel, click Clinic Member Management
- Click on Message* to start chatting with your client. *You can only message clients who have accepted your invite.
