To sign up for an account on the Treehouse Community:

• Fill out our vetting form: https://www.treehousecommunity.ca/become-a-provider
• Once approved, you will be contacted via email by one of our team members with a custom link
• Clicking this link will bring you to a Clinic Profile creation page and then your Personal Profile creation page - that's it!

For Parents:
