Your new meeting will appear under Upcoming Appointments within your Dashboard. You will also receive a calendar email reminder as well and your invited attendees will receive a calendar invite.

Login to Community Plus
From your Dashboard, you will be able to schedule a meeting for later by clicking the New Video Call icon in the upper right corner
Select the meeting type: - Start instant meeting - Schedule meeting for later
When select Schedule Meeting for Later, a pop-up window will appear titled Invite Members where you can invite staff and clients.
Once you click Continue, you will be able to customize your meeting details by specifying the following: - Select a Service - Choose the Appointment Date, Start Time, Duration, and Providers - Select Type of Appointment: ** * In-Person * Virtual *Phone
And add any additional notes - Then click Schedule
