How To Open A Video Meeting/Call Instantly

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

• Login to your Community Plus account
• From your Dashboard, you will be able to schedule or begin a video call by clicking the New Video Call icon in the upper right corner
• You will be able to select the meeting type:
  - Start instant meeting
  - Schedule a meeting for later
• To schedule an instant meeting, click “Start Instant Meeting”.
• Now, you can choose to invite clients and/or staff and then click Continue
• A meeting link will be generated. To copy this link, click on “Copy” and you will be able to send the meeting URL to your attendees.
• Click Join Now to join the call instantly.
