How To Create A New Appointment

  • Login to Essentials
  • From your Dashboard, click New Appointment in the upper right corner
  • Select your client (you can only select one client), and click Continue
  • You will then be prompted to add in your appointment details such as:
    -Service Type
    - Appointment Date
    - Time and Duration
    - Providers
    - Appointment Type
    - Any Additional Notes
  • Click Schedule and your appointment will be scheduled directly in your Essentials Calendar and a meeting invite will be sent to you and your client as well.
